We will explore how Jesus’ parables spoke to the people of his day and how they still speak today, sometimes in very surprising ways. Jesus’ use of stories, centered on everyday things and happenings, allows his audience to participate in his teaching. By entering the world of Jesus' stories, listeners then and now are invited to question not only what those stories mean, but also what their own response should be. 

Guided by Pastor Josh Scott’s Parables: Putting Jesus’ Stories in Their Place, we’re in for an amazing journey to deepen our understanding of, and our commitment to, the Kingdom of God and what could be if God’s will was done on earth as it is in heaven.
