Welcome to the Lansing United Methodist Church!

Lansing United Methodist Church is a vibrant and welcoming Christian community of families with young children, youth, singles and seniors.  We're dedicated to Christian growth through our Church School which offers classes for children, youth and adults.

We are located right on Route 34B at 32 Brickyard Road in Lansing, New York, situated next to the public schools and overlooking the gorgeous Cayuga Lake.

We usually hold our service on Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m., with fellowship time immediately following and Sunday School for all ages from 10:30 - 11:30.  There are nursery facilities provided during the service and Sunday School.  During the summer, we worship on Sunday mornings at beautiful Myers Park in Lansing.  Click here for more information!

Our contemporary worship service, "The Fireplace," meets on Sundays at 6:00 p.m. in our Fellowship Hall.  Click here for more information!

"Lord, Is It I?"

to be presented

Tuesday, March 30th
&
Maundy Thursday, April 1st

at 7:30 p.m.

Lord, Is It I?

The Lenten play "Lord, Is It I?" by Ernest K. Emurian
will be presented in the church sanctuary.
Following the play, Holy Communion will be served.

"Lord, Is It I?" is set in the upper room as Leonardo da Vinci
portrayed it in his painting The Last Supper.
Each disciple reflects on his life with Jesus
and ponders Jesus' statement that one of them will betray him.

A nursery for young children will be provided on both nights.

Emergency relief still needed following
Haiti Earthquake!

A devastating earthquake of 7.0 magnitude hit the island nation of Haiti on

Here at LUMC, we have a number of different opportunities for you to get involved. Our faith guides us in certain directions, in many ways toward service. Through the Food Pantry, roadside cleanup, the Haiti Mission, Youth Mission, and more, we serve others as Christ served us.

We also strive to continue growing in our faith, and do so thanks to both women's and men's small groups, book studies, Sunday School, and more.
